Job summary

Dimension Hospitality Group in Ruston, LA is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and daily service needs. You will help ensure smooth front desk operations and create memorable stays for every guest.

You will greet guests, manage room assignments, answer questions, process payments, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
