Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes - Pittsburgh-East Liberty is seeking a Joy Creator to warmly welcome guests and assist them in choosing the perfect cake for celebrations. You will help customers place orders and ensure a smooth pickup or delivery experience, contributing to a cheerful, community-focused bakery environment.

As a Joy Creator, you’ll help set the mood, train with team members, and participate in making the bakery a friendly event worth sharing.

Job description

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we refer to our guest services representatives as Joy Creators! A Joy Creator sweetens up the place, setting the mood and making a stop in the bakery an event worth posting about. You’ll get to play party planner by helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations and making sure their orders go off without a hitch. You’ll make everyone feel welcomed, and you’ll create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community.
