Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes #358 is seeking a part-time Guest Service Representative at our North - Lima Road location. You will greet guests, answer phones, and provide friendly, efficient service during morning, evening, and weekend shifts.

The role emphasizes flexible hours, team collaboration, and a positive, cake-loving atmosphere. Enjoy a casual, friendly workspace with ongoing training and opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Available 3-4 days a week.
• Weekends are required (one day per weekend).
• Saturday 9:00–18:30, Sunday 11:00–16:00, shifts varying.
• Able to stand for 4-6 hours.
• Able to answer the phone confidently and efficiently.
• Going above and beyond customer expectations.

* This job posting is for the North - Lima Road location. PART TIME* Year-round employment - NOT seasonal help

* Looking for someone during the week 3-4 days a week (morning/evenings), including weekends*

-Morning Shifts 8:45am-2pm / Afternoon shifts 2pm-7pm

* Can offer 15-20 hours per week. More hours to come during the holidays*
