Nothing Bundt Cakes in Dublin, OH is seeking a Joy Creator to greet guests, help them select the perfect cake for celebrations, and ensure every order goes smoothly from order to pickup.

You’ll set a welcoming mood, work with a friendly team, and contribute to a cheerful bakery culture with casual dress, flexible schedules, and cake discounts. Training is provided to help you build product knowledge and create memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and make them feel welcomed.
• Help guests choose the right cake for celebrations and ensure orders are accurate and ready for pickup.
• Maintain a positive, friendly atmosphere and assist team members as needed.

A Joy Creator sweetens up the place, setting the mood and making a stop in the bakery an event worth posting about. You’ll get to play party planner by helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations and making sure their orders go off without a hitch. You’ll make everyone feel welcomed, and you’ll create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community.
