Job summary

Hawaiian Bros is hiring a Restaurant Team Member to welcome guests, assist with menus and order accuracy, and help prepare and package meals in a fast-paced, guest-first environment. You will maintain clean dining and service areas, follow safety procedures, and contribute to a friendly, aloha-inspired dining experience.

You’ll be cross-trained across guest service, kitchen, and drive-thru support, with opportunities to learn new skills, advance within the team, and participate in community

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Help guests understand the menu and select items that meet their preferences.
• Accurately take, prepare, assemble, and package orders.
• Prepare high-quality food following recipes and food-safety procedures.
• Maintain clean dining, kitchen, service, drive-thru, and outdoor areas.
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes and equipment.
• Communicate clearly with guests, managers, and teammates.
• Assist teammates during busy periods to keep service moving.
