Description: The Guest Service Host is the first point of contact for guests and vendors at our gaming cafes. This role involves providing exceptional service, ensuring guests have an outstanding gaming experience. The ideal candidate is welcoming, customer-focused, and prioritizes guest satisfaction while maintaining efficient operations.

Expectations:

  • Act with integrity and honesty in all duties.
  • Independently manage store operations during each shift.
  • Create a positive environment for employees, guests, and vendors.
  • Adhere to all standards, regulations, and inspections.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and management.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences.
  • Anticipate guest needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Know how to operate and troubleshoot gaming machines.
  • Promote marketing initiatives and document guest activity accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas.
  • Communicate business needs and issues effectively.
  • Manage financial transactions responsibly.
  • Ensure underage patrons are prohibited from purchasing alcohol or gambling.
  • Support regulatory compliance and inspections.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, maintaining quality standards.
  • Complete necessary certification courses within 30 days of hire.
  • Ensure a safe environment by following safety protocols and reporting hazards.
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience:

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to use a touch POS system.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
  • Knowledge of the service environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
  • Attend required meetings and trainings.
