Description: The Guest Service Host is the first point of contact for guests and vendors at our gaming cafes. This role combines responsibilities to deliver exceptional service, ensuring guests have an outstanding gaming experience. The ideal candidate is welcoming, customer-focused, and prioritizes guest satisfaction while maintaining efficient operations.

Expectations:

  • Act with integrity and honesty in all duties.
  • Maintain store operations independently during each shift.
  • Foster a positive environment for employees, guests, and vendors.
  • Adhere to all standards, regulations, and inspections.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, creating memorable experiences.
  • Anticipate guest needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Know the VGT machines, games, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Promote marketing initiatives and document guest activity accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all areas.
  • Communicate business needs, including guest feedback and equipment issues.
  • Manage financial transactions responsibly.
  • Prohibit underage gambling and alcohol consumption by ID verification.
  • Support regulatory inspections and ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, maintaining quality standards.
  • Complete required certification courses within 30 days of hire.
  • Ensure safety by locking doors, reporting hazards, and maintaining attendance.

Skills and Experience:

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to operate a POS system and lift up to 15 pounds.
  • Knowledge of service environment and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Attend training sessions as required.
