Qualifications

• Must be able to consistently work 30 hours a week.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Maintain reliable transportation to travel to stores in the region if necessary.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Must be able to safely lift up to 50lbs in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to access online scheduling software and communicate with store managers.
• Knowledge of Food Safety Laws.
• 1 year of customer service experience or more.

Responsibilities

• Handle food and beverages with care to prevent foodborne illnesses.
• Deliver orders to guests and bus tables in a cyclical pattern.
• Provide drink refills and table service to prevent interruptions.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby, restrooms, patio, tables, bar, and expo area.
• Deliver and explain complimentary pita bread to dine-in guests.
• Ensure food meets brand taste, temperature, and portion standards.
