Smashburger in New York is seeking a Guest Service Expert to create memorable experiences for every guest. You will greet guests, take orders, make recommendations, and help keep the dining area inviting and clean.

No experience is required—training is provided. You’ll work with a friendly team, enjoy flexible hours, and benefit from tip sharing up to $2/hour plus health and time-off perks.

Qualifications

• No experience required—we provide training.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Availability for flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to food safety and company standards.
