Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation in Cincinnati seeks a Concession Worker to greet guests, take orders, prepare snack items and handle cash with accuracy. You will work with a range of foods and beverages, replenish supplies and support higher level staff.

The role requires reliability, weekend availability, and the ability to follow safety and service standards. Training provided; prior snack bar experience helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Some experience to effectively perform the position duties, with at least two (2) months on the job training in a snack bar or similar food service experience.
• Must be able to obtain all Regulatory licenses that required
• Must successfully pass background check
• Must successfully pass an alcohol and drug screening
• Must be eighteen (18) years of age
• Must be willing to work weekends, Friday and Saturday nights, and holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Delivers superior internal and external guest service by ensuring every interaction aligns with our service standards.
• Greet guests and take orders, handle payments and provide accurate change.
• Assist guests with order requests and ensure correct preparation of items.
• Open and close the concession outlet following procedures and maintain sanitation.
• Monitor area safety and cleanliness and replenish supplies as needed.
• Support team members and maintain a cooperative work environment.
