Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Front Porch Guest Service Associate to deliver fast, friendly service at the store entrance and front area. You will greet guests, offer bag options, bag groceries carefully, and assist customers to their vehicles when possible. This role requires teamwork, accuracy in price checks, maintaining a clean front end, break room, lobby and parking lot, and following courtesy guidelines.

Candidates should be able to lift 40 lbs. constantly and 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. constantly 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.
• Knowledge of grocery operations.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Effective communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to bend, kneel, stand, push/pull stock carts and operate pallet jack for extended periods of time. (Anyone under the age of 18 may not operate an electric pallet jack, baler, or use a box cutter.)

• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
