Job summary

The Reef Bar and Grill at St. Croix Airport is seeking a Concept Attendant (Cashier) to deliver superior guest service by handling transactions, assisting with food preparation, and keeping work areas clean.

The role requires strong English communication and a high school diploma or GED. As a full-time, on-site position in Saint Croix, you will greet guests, suggest menu items, verify cash drawers, process payments, and uphold safety and hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and effectively communicate in English.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior guest service with a friendly greeting and service standards.
• Communicates, explains, and suggests menu offerings, products, and promotions.
• Verifies cash drawer/bank and completes necessary paperwork.
• Processes orders and accepts payments.
• Cooks and stores food at correct temperatures; labels, dates, refiles and rotates products per standards.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area including dishes, surfaces, and stock.
