Stinker is hiring a Guest Service Specialist in Boise, ID. You will be the friendly face welcoming guests, helping with purchases, and creating positive experiences that keep customers coming back.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Previous customer service, retail, or food service experience is helpful but not required, we'll provide training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with friendly, helpful service
• Assist guests with purchases, answer questions, and provide product recommendations
• Accurately process cash, credit, and other payment transactions
• Prepare fresh food and beverages while following food safety and quality standards
• Stock merchandise, rotate products, and maintain attractive store displays
• Maintain accurate pricing and product availability
• Keep the sales floor, restrooms, food service areas, coolers, fuel islands, and parking lot clean and inviting
• Follow company safety procedures and report safety concerns promptly
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily store operations
• Support additional store responsibilities as business needs require

Job Description

Sign on Bonus: $300 - Receive $100 per month during your first 90 days.

Hours : Full time, 30 to 40 hours a week.

Schedule : Open availability preferred - Days and times may vary; including weekends, evenings, and some holidays
