Job summary

Stinker Stores is seeking a Guest Service Specialist in Boise, ID. You will welcome guests, assist with purchases, handle payments, and maintain clean, welcoming store areas while following safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience helpful but not required; training provided.
• Comfortable working in cooler and freezer environments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, helpful service.
• Assist guests with purchases, answer questions, and provide product recommendations.
• Process cash, credit, and other payment transactions.
• Prepare fresh food and beverages while following safety standards.
• Stock merchandise, rotate products, and maintain attractive store displays.
• Maintain accurate pricing and product availability.
• Keep the sales floor, restrooms, food service areas, coolers, fuel islands, and parking lot clean and inviting.
• Follow company safety procedures and report safety concerns promptly.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily store operations.
• Support additional store responsibilities as business needs require.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age
• Previous customer service, retail, or food service experience is helpful but not required, we’ll provide training
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday
• Ability to safely use step stools or ladders when stocking merchandise
• Comfortable working in cooler and freezer environments as low as 0°F
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while delivering exceptional guest experiences
