Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch shopping experience. You will greet guests, assist with product inquiries, and operate the point-of-sale system maintaining cash, lottery, and tobacco levels in line with company standards.

You will also perform store housekeeping, replenish stock, and support management with guest requests and vendor coordination. The role requires flexible hours, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and provide a welcoming shopping experience.
• Proficient with basic computer functions and POS operations.
• Ability to handle cash, lottery and tobacco transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to store policies on safety, security, quality, and operations.
• Operate the POS and maintain cash/till standards.
• Perform store housekeeping and replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor-related concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Complete other tasks as directed by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
