Job summary

TravelCenters of America is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Brunswick, GA travel center. You will provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service to guests, process transactions at the POS, and help maintain a clean, safe dining area to ensure every traveler returns on the road better than they came.

• Prior experience in fast-paced customer service.
• Ability to handle money accurately and operate a POS.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service to guests.
• Process transactions on a POS register.
• Maintain a clean dining and service area.
• Assist in food preparation and order fulfillment as needed.
