Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Dallas, TX is hiring team members to deliver friendly, efficient service across dining room, front counter, and drive-thru. You'll engage with guests, follow the Core 4, and support a clean, welcoming restaurant environment.

Required: US work authorization, ability to work outdoors in varied weather, lifting up to 35 lb, and availability for shifts including mornings, mid-days, evenings, and Saturdays. Training for food handler certification provided within 14 days.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work outdoors in drive-thru or curbside in adverse weather with appropriate attire.
• Willing to obtain Food Handler Certification and Defensive Driving Course within 14 days of start date.
• Friendly, outgoing, professional, and team-oriented.
• Able to lift and carry 35 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Make every guest interaction memorable by delivering accurate, efficient service following Core 4 and Winning Hearts strategy.
• Serve guests in Dining Room, Front Counter, Drinks, Desserts, Drive Thru, and iPOS (outside drive-thru orders).
• Deliver meals to tables or designated pickup area with excellent service.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area, dining room, parking lot, restrooms, and playground.
• Stock sauces, cups, lids, and other supplies; assist with opening/closing as scheduled.
