Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking friendly cashiers to greet guests, take orders at the POS, and handle payments in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with kitchen staff to ensure accurate orders and a great guest experience.

Ideal candidates show enthusiasm, reliability, and teamwork. Prior experience helps, but training is provided. Availability for evenings, weekends, and some late shifts is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must obtain/maintain food safety certifications where required by state/local law.
• Previous customer service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide outstanding service.
• Accurately take orders using the POS system.
• Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately.
• Answer guest questions and make menu recommendations when needed.
• Ensure takeout and dine-in orders are accurate before leaving the counter.
• Maintain a clean, organized front counter area.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work closely with kitchen and team members for fast, accurate service.
• Assist with cleanliness and support other team members as needed.
