Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a friendly cashier to greet guests and provide outstanding service. You will take orders, process payments, and answer questions at a fast-paced counter in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include accurate order taking, operating the POS, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely, accurate service. Prior experience is helpful, but growth opportunities are available for motivated individuals.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and guest driven with a passion for providing outstanding service.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety certifications, where required by state or local law.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous customer service or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and some shifts that extend past 12:00 AM.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Dependable, team oriented, and motivated to create a great guest experience every shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout an entire shift.
