Stinker Stores is seeking a friendly Guest Service Specialist to welcome guests, assist with purchases, and help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment in Cascade, Idaho. The role requires open availability 7am–11pm, weekends and some holidays, with full-time hours of 30–40 per week.

The starting pay is $17.00/hour with merit-based increases and a range of benefits including PTO, holidays, health options, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Previous customer service, retail, or food service experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working in cooler and freezer environments as low as 0°F.

Responsabilités

About Stinker

Founded in 1936, Stinker is a family-owned convenience retailer serving communities throughout Idaho, Colorado, and Wyoming.

We got our name in a fight. In 1936, a 20-year-old named Farris Lind opened a service station in Twin Falls and started selling gasoline for less than the major oil companies thought he should. They didn’t take it well. When one of them told a newspaper that Farris Lind was a real stinker, he took it as a compliment, put the word on his stations, and drew a skunk wearing red boxing gloves, Polecat Pete.

The gloves came first, and they were never a joke. Farris spent his career punching above his weight on behalf of the guest, and a small Idaho company that refused to be pushed around had to be willing to fight for what it believed in. Ninety years later, that spirit is still part of who we are. We fight for our employees. We fight for our guests.
