Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service and resolve guest questions efficiently.
• Count drawers, prepare deposits, verify cash balances, maintain records.
• Follow cash handling procedures to support accuracy, security, and compliance.
• Operate cash registers to process transactions including cash, credit, and digital payments.
• Scan items, verify pricing, and maintain accurate totals for fast checkout.
• Provide change, issue receipts, and handle returns or exchanges per policy.
• Assist front-end with register support, bagging, and organized checkout areas.
• Maintain security of cash, safe, and cash office areas.
• Report discrepancies, shortages, or overages promptly.
• Communicate with leadership and teammates about cash flow and needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow loss prevention and safety standards at all times.
• Collaborate across departments to support store operations and guest satisfaction.
