Job summary

Michael's Genuine Food & Drink in Miami, FL is seeking a Busser to support servers and maintain a clean, welcoming dining room. This is an hourly, non-exempt role with tip pool eligibility.

No prior restaurant experience is required. You will greet guests, clear and reset tables, assist with food delivery during peak periods, and help keep restrooms and service areas orderly throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• No previous restaurant experience required.
• Ability to read, speak and interpret documents in English.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel.
• Be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 10 hours) and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must have exceptional grooming habits and maintain a clean uniform.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and bring bread, butter and water to table.
• Clear tables between courses and provide tableware for next course.
• Assist servers with food delivery during peak periods.
• Inspect restrooms every 30 minutes and clean as needed.
• Communicate guest requests to server and ensure efficient seating.
