Job summary

Martin's Super Markets in Stevensville, MI is seeking a friendly part-time associate to provide courteous guest service, bag groceries, and assist with carry-out service to vehicles. You will help collect carts, stock shelves, and keep the department clean and organized.

Responsibilities include using proper bagging techniques, following PPE and safety guidelines, and helping guests locate products across the store.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (GED) preferred.
• Good oral communication skills.
• Ability to interact politely and effectively with customers.

• Maintain a clean, attractive and well stocked department.
• Know the location of products in the store.
• Able to work independently of others.
• Perform cleaning duties as well as other assigned work in a timely manner.
• Follow all PPE and Safety Guidelines
• Follow all Food Safety and Cleaning Expectations
• Follow Guest Experience Guidelines
• May be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience need
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed

Position Summary :

This role is responsible to provide highly satisfactory service and assistance to guests; bag groceries and provide carry-out service to vehicles for quests, retrieve carts from parking area, perform bottle tasks and janitorial duties as needed. Ensure that the shift contributes to the financial best interests of the store. Complete all other duties as assigned in a timely manner.
