Job summary

SaddleBrooke TWO in Tucson, AZ is seeking a part-time Guest Service Attendant to deliver a welcoming and helpful experience for our members and guests while learning golf club operations.

As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf hospitality, assisting with bag handling, club cleaning, start of play, rental club records, and some food and beverage tasks.

Qualifications

• One-month related experience or training.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests.
• Educates players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Serves customers renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs on return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

• - Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• - Assists with food and beverage activities.
• - Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.

Minimum Qualifications of the Guest Service Attendant:

• - One-month related experience or training.
• - Regular and reliable attendance.
