Job summary

Sierra View Country Club in Roseville, CA is seeking a part-time Guest Service Attendant to welcome members and guests and support golf club operations. No golf certification is offered; basic golf knowledge and a friendly, service-oriented attitude are required.

There is potential for future caddie opportunities if openings arise. Responsibilities include assisting outside services, greeting guests, and delivering outstanding service.

Sierra View Country Club, located in Roseville, CA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Guest Service Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay range:

$16.90 - $17.00 per hour

Summary:

For this position, you must have a general knowledge of the golf game and be able to pass a basic assessment demonstrating your golf knowledge. We do not teach the basics of golf as part of any certification that we offer. However, you are not required to be an expert Golfer to perform well. Guest Service team members that perform well may be offered an opportunity to caddie if a position opens up.

Job Education and Experience Requirements:

• Must be outgoing and have a customer-first personality
• Candidates without specific golf experience may be considered if you have previous experience in one the following types of jobs: Server, Waiter, Bartender, Hospitality, Customer Service, Golf Retail, General Retail, Landscaping, Sales, Valet, Firefighter, EMS personnel, Other Outdoor or Recreational Roles.
