Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation in Pensacola is hiring Crew Members to join our team. Crew Members serve guests courteously, quickly and efficiently while following the Service Section in the Operating Standards Manual.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking and filling orders within service time, upselling as directed, collecting cash, and delivering orders. Maintain clean displays, balance cash, and address issues promptly in a friendly, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle cash accurately and balance a register.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers with a warm, welcoming smile and positive attitude.
• Takes and fills orders within company service time.
• Suggests upsell opportunities as directed by management.
• Collects cash and delivers orders to customers.
• Addresses customer complaints promptly and notifies a manager as needed.
• Counts cash and ensures drawer accuracy at shift end.
• Reports any deletions, over-rings, or equipment issues to the manager.
• Ensures product holding times are observed.
• Keeps display cases clean and well rotated and stocked.
• Maintains service area with supplies and iced tea; performs other duties as assigned.
