Job summary

The Fresh Market Inc. is seeking team members for Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End to deliver exceptional guest service.

You will engage with guests, learn product knowledge, stock and merchandise, and help create a welcoming shopping experience across departments. Benefits include a 30% team member discount, 401K with company match, medical/dental/vision coverage, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide excellent guest service, which includes engaging with guests to learn their wants and needs so you can help them create their meal solution.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store and work across departments to assist guests.
• Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items while ensuring nearby guests are assisted.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist in general housekeeping duties throughout the store.
• Present yourself in a professional manner, including adhering to uniform standards.
