Job summary

European Wax Center is hiring a Guest Sales Associate at our Colorado Springs location. You’ll deliver exceptional service, help guests feel confident, and drive sales through friendly interactions and product knowledge.

Base pay starts at $15.50 per hour, with additional commissions and performance bonuses. Eligible benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and discounts on waxing services and retail products.

As a Guest Sales Associate, you’ll shape each guest’s experience from start to finish, delivering exceptional service in a welcoming environment. You’ll work alongside a passionate team while helping guests feel confident, radiant, and comfortable in their own skin—making a lasting impact every day.
