We are looking to add a Guest Service Associate/Cashier (GSA) to our family. Our GSA will be responsible for driving a top-notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store-level tasks. Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience for all.
  • Follow established safety, security, quality, and store operation policies and procedures.
  • Operate the point of sale system according to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
  • Perform store housekeeping duties such as cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal.
  • Replenish products and supplies to maintain in-stock conditions.
  • Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
  • Check in external and internal vendors following established protocols.
  • Conduct gas tank inventory and assist with merchandising projects assigned by management.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to perform basic computer functions.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Ability to work in various temperatures, including outside and cooler environments.
  • Physical ability to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Access to all store areas including the sales floor, stockroom, and register area.
  • Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Accurate reading, writing, and counting skills for paperwork.
Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.
