Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking a Guest Service Associate to warmly greet guests and guide them through our exclusive Comfort Wax experience. You will support check-ins, reservations, and product promotions in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

No prior sales experience is required as training will be provided; a flexible schedule is offered, including day and evening shifts across 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of guests in and out of the location.
• Manage the reservation book.
• Meet sales goals that translate into monthly bonuses.

• Ensure the register is accurate.
