Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Guest Service Host to be the first point of contact for guests. You will provide warm, helpful service, answer questions, and help guests enjoy a safe, fun visit at our entertainment venue.

The role emphasizes serving in a fast-paced environment, greeting guests, handling transactions at the POS, and supporting with daily operations. This is a part-time, seasonal position with diverse shift options and on-site work.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent multitasking abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• High school diploma or equivalent (or currently enrolled).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Guest service by answering questions and assisting with inquiries.
• Stay up to date on all current specials and promotions.
• Assist Guests with facility offerings, ensuring they have a positive experience.
• Greet Guests and assist with directions and general inquiries.
• Maintain the daily operation of Guest service areas.
• Operate POS system and process transactions accurately.
• Multi-task and prioritize tasks with minimal direction.
• Support with merchandise and general duties as needed.

WHAT OUR GUEST SERVICE HOSTS DO

Our Guest Service Hosts are the first point of contact for our guests. You'll provide exceptional service, assist with inquiries, and ensure every guest enjoys a safe and pleasant experience.

A GUEST SERVICE HOST’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Provide excellent Guest service by answering questions and assisting with inquiries.
• Stay up to date on all current specials and promotions.
• Assist Guests with facility offerings, ensuring they have a positive experience.
• Greet Guests in a friendly manner and assist with directions and general inquiries.
• Maintain the daily operation of Guest service areas.
• Assist with merchandising functions as needed.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service in work areas.
• Operate POS system and registers accurately.
• Ensure accuracy in transactions.
• Multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently with minimal direction.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Typical entertainment and waterpark environment where you'll walk, bend, and stand for extended periods, and may lift objects with some assistance. You'll work outdoors in various weather conditions and remain highly alert throughout your shift.
