Job summary

Busch is a family-owned premier grocery retailer with multiple stores in Southeast Michigan. We are hiring friendly teammates to join our Michigan team and deliver great guest service with a focus on hospitality.

Starting wage up to $14.50/hr with experience. 401K with company match and Daily Pay available. No education or previous experience is necessary, and guests are supported with clear bagging and assistance with purchases.

Qualifications

• No education or previous experience is necessary.
• Proficient communication skills, including written, verbal and listening skills.
• Proficient cleaning abilities to meet visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Bag guest groceries following Busch’s bagging procedures and guest requests.
• Determine carry out or drive up needs and assist guests in taking purchase to their vehicles.
• Assist guests with questions, purchases and locating product.
• Retrieve carts from parking lot.
• Maintain bottle return area.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash.
• Respond to and clean up spills and broken merchandise.
• Return items left behind to their proper location.
• Stock bags on lanes.
• Miscellaneous cleaning functions as assigned.
• Adhere to all Busch’s policies, practices and procedures.
• Build strong working relationships with guests, vendors and associates.
• Exemplify key concepts of hospitality when interacting with guests.
