A luxury hotel is seeking a Front Desk Agent, responsible for welcoming guests and managing check-ins/check-outs. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. This full-time/part-time role is critical for providing a memorable guest experience in a vibrant hotel environment.
Front Desk Agent is a key part in the overall success. As a front desk representative, you will be the first point of contact with guests and handle all stages of the guest stay, therefore it is important the individual poses a strong outgoing/cheerful and motivated personality with an ability to pay close attention to details. The successful candidate should be able to work well with others while demonstrating the ability to work unsupervised. We value strong communication and customer service skills. A typical day as our hotel front desk representative involves registering/booking guests in and out of their rooms, while accommodating any special requests and handling any guest concerns. Must be able to multitask effectively, make room reservations, communicate with the other departments.
