Job description

Front Desk Agent is a key part in the overall success. As a front desk representative, you will be the first point of contact with guests and handle all stages of the guest stay, therefore it is important the individual poses a strong outgoing/cheerful and motivated personality with an ability to pay close attention to details. The successful candidate should be able to work well with others while demonstrating the ability to work unsupervised. We value strong communication and customer service skills. A typical day as our hotel front desk representative involves registering/booking guests in and out of their rooms, while accommodating any special requests and handling any guest concerns. Must be able to multitask effectively, make room reservations, communicate with the other departments.

  • Upsell rooms
  • Manage and pre-register the arrivals for the day
  • Answer guest inquiries
  • Poses knowledge of the area
  • Keep front desk area organized and well stocked with supplies
  • Handle cash transactions
  • Assist with all customer service aspects to provide our guests with a positive and memorable guest experience
  • Communicate with our other departments as the front desk is key in all daily interactions of the hotel.
