Job Title: Guest Experience Associate

Position Overview: At Outbound Stowe, you'll craft memorable guest experiences. Your role goes beyond greeting—it's about creating a welcoming environment and fostering human connections.

Core Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas.
  2. Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
  3. Uphold health and safety standards.
  4. Provide friendly and attentive service.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Assist with reservations, guest check-ins, and hotel services.
  • Handle VIP and special accommodations.
  • Address guest requests and resolve complaints.

Requirements:

Work Hours & Travel:

Primarily during business hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm PST). Some weekend/holiday work may be required. Travel as needed for training and collaboration.
