Guest Service Agent (Part Time) - Hampton Inn & Suites Lake George

Starting Wage: $16.25

A Guest Services Agent is responsible for greeting, registering, and checking out guests to ensure outstanding service and profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Guest Services Agent, your responsibilities include:

  1. Greeting guests, completing registration, inputting and retrieving information, confirming details, selecting rooms, coding electronic keys, promoting marketing programs, providing welcome packets, and guiding guests to their rooms.
  2. Assisting with check-out, ensuring accurate billing, handling payments, processing credit/debit cards, and managing foreign currency exchanges.
  3. Demonstrating knowledge of hotel offerings, including room types, rates, packages, promotions, and local area information, to answer guest inquiries.
  4. Using up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize occupancy.
  5. Responding promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
  6. Handling guest complaints, conducting research, and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
  7. Receiving, relaying, and managing guest messages.
