A Guest Services Agent is responsible for greeting and registering guests, checking guests out, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience while maintaining hotel profitability.

What will I be doing?
  • Greet guests, process registrations, input and retrieve information, confirm details, assign rooms, code electronic keys, promote hotel services, and assist with guest luggage if needed.
  • Assist guests with check-out, handle payments, process credit/debit cards, and manage foreign currency exchanges.
  • Provide information about hotel services, room options, local attractions, and answer guest inquiries.
  • Use upselling techniques to promote hotel amenities and maximize occupancy.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints, conduct research, and negotiate solutions.
  • Receive, relay, and manage guest messages efficiently.
