A Guest Services Agent is responsible for greeting and registering guests, checking guests out, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience while maintaining hotel profitability.

What will I be doing?

  • Greet guests, register them, and assist with room assignments, keys, and providing information about hotel amenities and local area.
  • Assist guests with check-out, process payments, handle currency exchange, and manage guest accounts accurately.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel services, room types, rates, promotions, and local attractions to answer guest inquiries.
  • Promote hotel services and upsell where appropriate to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve issues, and handle complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Relay messages and communicate guest needs effectively to team members.
