Guest Service Agents are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This position has a direct impact on the guest experience while staying at Grand Falls Casino Resort.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
  2. Provide legible communication and directions.
  3. Compute basic arithmetic.
  4. Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
  5. Prioritize, organize and follow-up.
  6. Be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment.
  7. Follow directions thoroughly.
  8. Understand guests’ service needs.
