Guest Service Agent - Full-Time, Harrah's Hotel

Job Description:

  1. Checking guests in and out of the hotel.
  2. Standing and maneuvering in confined areas.
  3. Greeting and conversing with customers in English.
  4. Speaking clearly and communicating effectively in noisy environments.
  5. Responding to visual and oral signals.
  6. Using computer monitors.
  7. Addressing guest concerns and questions.
  8. Providing friendly, excellent service.
  9. Processing cash transactions accurately.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in areas with dust, secondhand smoke, noise, temperature variations, lighting, vibration, crowds, and air quality.
  • Previous computer and front desk experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills.
