Guest Service Agent Overview

The Guest Service Agent is a fun, yet challenging role within the hotel, often the first and last point of contact for guests. This position has a significant impact on the guest experience. Front desk staff address guest questions or concerns during the stay, often requiring quick thinking, multitasking, and prioritization to ensure guest satisfaction with a positive, can-do attitude.

Hours: 7am - 3pm, weekend availability required

Full Time or Part Time hours are available. Full Time benefits are offered when averaging 30 hours per week or more.

Responsibilities
  • Greeting and thanking guests in a sincere and friendly manner
  • Checking in and checking out guests
  • Assigning rooms and handling administrative duties
  • Answering phone calls
  • Posting charges to appropriate accounts
  • Performing duties on a daily checklist
  • Passing information within departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Communicating with guests to ensure their needs are met
