Job summary

Wright Investments in Jackson, WY seeks a friendly, professional Front Desk/Guest Services representative to welcome guests and support check-in/out processes. You will handle inquiries, phone calls, reservations, and payments while coordinating with housekeeping to maintain room readiness.

The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and basic computer skills, with weekend/holiday availability and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Deliver exceptional guest service consistently.
• Demonstrate strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Capable of using various computer applications.
• Available on weekends/holidays with potential overtime and alternating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and general inquiries.
• Operate the telephone system for internal/external calls.
• Complete reservations, cancellations, occupancy, and payments reports.
• Verify payments including cash and credit card authorizations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping on room status and discrepancies.
• Handle guest complaints using the Guest Service Recovery method.
• Complete end-of-shift reports and deposits per cash-handling procedures.
• Report safety and security concerns.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Perform other duties as needed or directed.

• Report safety/security concerns.
