Job summary

Wild Wing Cafe, Inc. is hiring servers to join our Greenville team. The Server will take food and beverage orders, deliver items to guests, and ensure satisfaction in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering menu questions, processing orders in the POS system, and maintaining a clean work area while collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service. Open interviews are held Mondays and Tuesdays 2 PM–4 PM.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner.
• Present menus and answer questions about menu items.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner.
• Check back with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
