Job summary

Be Iconic is seeking a Security Officer to provide security coverage, ensuring patron and team member safety and protecting assets across the property. You will interact with guests and staff, prepare incident reports, and enforce gaming regulations during shifts.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of guest service and/or security experience, and must obtain CPR/AED certification plus relevant licenses. Availability for holidays and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year guest service experience preferred.
• 1 year security-related experience preferred.
• Must obtain licenses/certifications per Federal/State and Virginia Lottery.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security throughout the property.
• Ensure the safety of patrons and employees during shifts.
• Protect company assets during shifts.
• Prepare detailed incident reports clearly and accurately.
• Enforce policies per Internal Controls and Gaming Regulations.
• Assist in emergencies and with patron inquiries.
