Carter’s is seeking a Sales Associate to warmly welcome families and help them explore baby essentials and school-ready outfits. You will be the first face of the brand, delivering friendly, knowledgeable service in a busy store and supporting customers across in-store and online channels.

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles and benefits.

• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the loyalty program to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean store.
