Workstream is looking for a Guest Services Associate (GSA) to join the team at European Wax Center in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will be the first smile guests see and play a key role in providing an exceptional experience.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, sales-driven, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position offers hourly pay plus bonuses, complimentary waxing services, and a fun, supportive workplace.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available with flexible schedules.

What You’ll Be Doing (where you'll shine ):

• Greeting every guest with confidence, warmth, and personality
• Checking guests in and out quickly and accurately
• Educating guests on our services and wax pass packages
• ​Selling wax passes — while earning bonuses
• Managing appointment flow and supporting our Wax Associates throughout the day
• Handling phones, booking appointments, and resolving guest questions
• Keeping the front desk, lobby, and back‑of‑house areas clean, organized, and guest‑ready
• Assisting with daily cleaning tasks — because details matter and teamwork wins
• Confirming appointments and managing guest flow throughout the day
