Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is hiring a Safety & Security Officer. You will patrol the property, monitor safety systems, and assist Owners/guests to create memorable vacation experiences. Responsibilities include first aid, securing rooms, and responding to incidents in a courteous, professional manner.

Ideal candidates will be able to work varied shifts, comply with safety procedures, and maintain guest safety and comfort as part of the team.

Qualifications

• Patrol property by foot or vehicle and monitor safety systems.
• Provide basic first aid/CPR where required.
• Ensure security and access to meeting rooms and guest areas.
• Operate CCTV and perimeter alarm systems to maintain safety.
• Respond to incidents and follow company safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Patrol property by foot or vehicle, monitor safety systems and assist guests.
• Administer first aid/CPR as required and coordinate with emergency services.
• Ensure guest rooms and meeting spaces are secure and accessible when needed.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and life safety systems; document incidents.
• Respond to accidents, disputes, or disturbances per policy and procedures.
