Job summary

Cedar Point is seeking a seasonal Security Screener to help safeguard guests, associates and assets across the park. You’ll greet visitors, guide them through screening, and support safety protocols using detection equipment.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a commitment to safety and excellent communication. The role offers hands-on training, free uniforms, park admission, friend/family tickets, dining discounts, and extra local bonuses for May shifts under the Local Work & Play program.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and associates entering the park and guide them through the screening process.
• Facilitate screening for firearms and unauthorized weapons using detection units.
• Perform bag checks and cooler searches for unauthorized items.
