Qualifications

• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain a helpful attitude.
• Identify and report preventative or maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
• Maintain guestrooms, working areas and hotel premises in clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities

• Receives linen supplies from floor shoots.
• Maintains housekeeping carts and removes trash from hallways and carts.
• Respond to guest calls and deliver requested items.
• Walk floors at shift start and end to collect newspapers, bags, trash, and soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.
