Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC in Huntsville, AL is seeking a dedicated hotel housekeeping attendant who ensures guest rooms and public areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will stock and tidy rooms, assist guests, and collaborate with team members to deliver a welcoming experience at our properties.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required for the position.
• Ability to push loaded carts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Communicate information about hotel services to guests, vendors, staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves items from storerooms and sets up cleaning carts, maintaining carts and storerooms in a clean and orderly fashion.
• Cleans and wipes windows, doors, walls, closets and fixtures to maintain a clean, presentable facility.
• Replaces towels and amenities and restocks supplies for arriving guests.
• Vacuums rooms, public areas and hallways, including under furniture.
• Inspects door and window locks and reports safety issues to management.
• Maintains a friendly, cheerful demeanor at all times.
