Job summary

Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking a Room Attendant / Housekeeping team member to maintain pristine guest rooms and corridors. The role emphasizes courteous guest service, teamwork, and adherence to brand standards across our properties.

Responsibilities include cleaning, restocking, reporting maintenance needs, and upholding safety and security procedures. A flexible schedule and physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds are required. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the cleanliness and overall appearance of the guest rooms and surrounding corridors.
• Courteously respond to guest needs to make their stay comfortable and enjoyable.
• Assist teams when needed and align with the ONE TEAM. ONE VISION. philosophy.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas; report deficiencies.
• Make beds with fresh linens; remove trash and clean fixtures; ensure proper room setup.
• Deep clean one room daily and clean bathrooms thoroughly.
• Disinfect surfaces in bathrooms and replenish supplies.
• Vacuum rooms and hallways; ensure security of guests and hotel assets.
• Report vacancies and cleanliness status to Executive Housekeeper; assist in operations as needed.
• Keep a clean work area and uniform; be aware of fire safety and evacuation procedures.
